Vorrei solo togliere quella pancetta che ho. Vado in palestra 3 volte a settimana e faccio addominali, pesi, e un pò di esercizi dove mi capita di correre e saltare. Cosa mi consigliate di mangiare? In quest&#039;utlimo periodo sto mangiando solo a colazione, pranzo e cena senza andare fuori orario.<br />
Ecco cosa mangio di solito:</p>
<p>Colazione: merendina ed un bicchiere di spremuta d&#039;arancia.</p>
<p>Pranzo: un piatto di pasta o riso (in bianco con burro);<br />
carne o philadelphia o altro non molto leggero;<br />
due banane o una.</p>
<p>Cena: tonno o mais o panino vuoto o pizza o rustici o piadina vuota + mela o yogurt ai frutti di bosco.</p>

Ho iniziato da poco ad andare a correre 1-2 volte a settimana, però il mio scopo NON è quello di dimagrire (sono alto 175 peso 68kg) ma di tenermi in forma ed aumentare leggermente la muscolatura delle gambe.<br />
Le mie specifiche domande sono:<br />
1)Quanto tempo o quanti km devo correre? è meglio ragionare in termini di TEMPO o di KM?<br />
2)Che andatura devo mantenere durante la corsa?<br />
3)Come mangiare finito l&#039;allenamento (vado a correre prima di cenare)?<br />

Ho questa necessità a causa del lavoro che vorrei fare&#8230;ho un audizione per entrare in un importante compagnia di danza e so di avere le capacità ma purtroppo sono assolutamente fuori peso,il che in quell&#039;ambiente non è indifferente.<br />
So che avrei dovuto pensarci prima ma circa sei mesi fa ho subito varie delusioni e passato un periodo di semi esaurimento nervoso che mi ha portato a mangiare spesso senza controllo presa da ansia e nervosismo facendomi ingrassare di otto chili.<br />
per favore se avete consigli da darmi aiutatemi.non ditemi di rivolgermi a un dietista perchè appena sentono che il motivo è la danza non capiscono quanto per me sia importante e cambiano i miei obiettivi.<br />
